Surface treatment of medical devices

Dalian metal plastic spraying, in general, painting process can obtain better appearance quality. Spray paint coating has better luster, color and weather resistance, usually used for automotive coating, motorcycle fuel tank and other occasions with higher appearance requirements. To the occasion with higher anticorrosive requirement, if motorcycle frame, put in the refrigerator in the kitchen, use dusting technology commonly. Electrophoretic technology is generally used in salt spray test, impact resistance and other high requirements of the occasion and as a primer.

Of course, such as car wipers, high-end door locks, and so on, only one electrophoretic paint can meet the requirements. Sometimes all three processes can be applied to a product, depending on a combination of factors.

The oxidation film formed on the surface of aluminum is non-uniform and non-continuous film, which must be completely removed before coating. For rolled aluminum alloy products, the mixture of chromic acid, sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid can be used to remove the surface oxidation film, while the die casting is mainly nitric acid. Hexavalent chromium was phased out because of its toxicity and serious pollution. After the conversion film is formed, it must be cleaned with clean water and dried with hot air to enhance the hardness of the film.
