What are the methods of metal surface treatment:
Dalian metal surface treatment will inevitably produce corrosion and oxidation with oil and impurities in the process of various heat treatment, machining and transportation, which requires surface treatment.
There are many kinds of metal surface treatment, which can be divided into solvent cleaning, mechanical treatment and chemical treatment according to their different characteristics. Different treatment methods shall be adopted according to the metal surface with different oxidation degree. For example, solvent cleaning, mechanical treatment and chemical treatment can be adopted for the thinner oxide layer, or chemical treatment can be adopted directly. For the heavily oxidized metal surface, due to the thick oxide layer, if solvent cleaning and chemical treatment are adopted directly, not only the treatment is not complete, but also a lot of cleaning agents and chemicals will be wasted. Z is better to adopt mechanical treatment first.
Solvent cleaning is a treatment method for cleaning the metal surface with solvent. This method can effectively remove the oil, impurities and oxide layer on the workpiece surface and make the workpiece surface clean. The metal surface cleaned by solvent has high activity and is more likely to be polluted by dust and moisture. Therefore, the treated workpiece also needs surface treatment such as spraying and spraying to improve the corrosion resistance of the workpiece.
Surface treatment can be divided into four aspects:
Mechanical surface treatment: sand blasting, shot blasting, polishing, rolling, polishing, brushing, spraying, painting, oil painting, etc.
Chemical surface treatment: bluing and blackening, phosphating, pickling, electroless plating of various metals and alloys, TD treatment, QPQ treatment, chemical oxidation, etc.
Electrochemical surface treatment: anodic oxidation, electrochemical polishing, electroplating, etc.
Modern surface treatment: chemical vapor deposition CVD, physical vapor deposition PVD, ion implantation, ion plating, laser surface treatment, etc.
Pickling and passivation treatment: it refers to immersing metal parts in pickling and passivation solution until the workpiece surface becomes uniform silver white. It is not only simple to operate, but also low-cost. Pickling and passivation solution can be reused.
Electropolishing treatment: technology refers to electropolishing, also known as electrochemical polishing, which refers to the processing process of putting the workpiece in an electrified solution to improve the flatness of the metal workpiece surface and make it shiny. Almost all metals can be electropolished, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, nickel alloy, etc., but stainless steel is widely used. Through the co action of positive and negative current and electrolytic polishing solution, the micro geometry of metal surface is improved and the roughness of metal surface is reduced. So as to achieve the purpose of bright and flat surface of the workpiece.
