1、 Anodic oxidation
The whole process of taking aluminum or aluminum alloy products as anodic oxidation, placing the solution in the acidic and alkaline state to carry out plug-in electrolysis, and using the effect of electrolysis to produce aluminum oxide (Al2O3) plastic film on its surface is called anodic oxidation solution of aluminum and aluminum alloy. Production process:
Solid color, color gradient:
Polishing/sand blasting/metal wire drawing → degreasing → anodizing → intermediate closing → coloring → hole sealing → air drying
Two colors:
① Polishing/sand blasting/metal wire drawing → degreasing → masking → anodizing 1 → anodizing 2 → hole sealing → air drying
② Polishing/sand blasting/metal wire drawing → degreasing → anodizing 1 → laser marking → anodizing 2 → hole sealing → air drying
Generally, the cost of dichroism is much higher, and it needs to be covered and oxidized twice in the air, so the rejection rate is relatively high.
2、 Electrophoretic principle
It is used for stainless steel plate, aluminum alloy, etc., which can make the goods show various colors, maintain the metal texture, improve the surface characteristics, and have good anti-corrosion properties.
