Air spraying is the process of using compressed air to spray out from the center hole of an air cap, creating a negative pressure zone in front of the paint nozzle. This causes the paint in the paint container to be sprayed out from the paint nozzle and immediately enter a high-speed compressed air flow. 

The air discharged by a regular fuel injection air compressor cannot be directly used by pneumatic devices. The air compressor sucks in air containing moisture and dust from the atmosphere, and after compression, the temperature of the air increases to about 140 ℃~170 ℃. At this time, some of the lubricating oil in the air compressor also becomes gaseous. In this way, the compressed air discharged by the air compressor is a high-temperature gas containing oil, moisture, and dust.
